If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The items must 

be in their original condition and packaging. Items sold together as a promotional offer cannot be returned separately. Currently, 

we offers free returns. However, if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly refund the 

full delivery charge.How do I return or exchange an item

If you wish to return or exchange any item, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1, Please log in your account

Step 2, Fill out the return or exchange form 

Step 3, Please return items in the original condition and packaging to our address.

Step 4, Send an email to inform us you have returned this item.

How do I get a refund？

Once we received your returned item(s), we will refund you through credit card. Please note if you still hasn’t receive your 

refund in 14 working days, please contact us, our customer service will be happy to assist you with any enquiry regarding your refund.
